Project Overview

This is an 18-home project on 25 acres on canals adjacent to the Great South Bay. Each unit comes with a boat slip. This project was honored by the National Building Museum for our shoreline restoration work. We created acres of intertidal salt marsh which cleaned the w water in the adjacent canals which allowed the fish to come back to the area. These homes range in size from 2,100 – 3,100 square feet. The architect on this project was Gary Cannella along side the Site Engineer Nelson & Pope.
