Project Overview

This is a 36-unit condominium project on the Great South Bay built on a 36 acre site. Each unit comes with a boat slip. This project was honored by the National Building Museum for our shoreline restoration and protection. The homes range from 2000 – 3,500 square feet. Gary Cannella was the Architect and Bill Barrett was the Site Engineer.
